Rapid Contract Review: $750, usually done within a week.

Someone handed you a contract and you need to know what you’re agreeing to before you sign. A new customer agreement, a vendor contract, a services agreement, an NDA. Rapid Contract Review is built for that moment: one agreement, reviewed together, with clear answers and a redline you can send back.

How it works

Send it ahead. Once you book, send me the contract and a few lines on the deal and what worries you.

We review it together. In a 60-minute session, we go through what it says, where the risk is, and what’s worth pushing back on. You can ask anything.

You get a redline. After the session, I send a marked up with the suggested changes we discussed, ready to go back to the other side.

Start to finish, most reviews are done in under a week.

Who you’ll work with

I’m Morgan Bobadilla, Esq. I spent more than 10 years as in-house and general counsel at global companies, reviewing contracts the way a business needs them reviewed - quickly: we’ll talk about what the risk actually is, what’s worth negotiating, and what you can let go.

Good to know

  • Payment is collected at booking. The price is $750, flat.

  • I run a conflicts check before we meet to make sure I’m able to represent you. If a conflict comes up, your payment is refunded in full.

  • Rapid Review fits a single agreement you can talk through in an hour. For commercial leases, larger deals, or contracts with many moving parts, Complex Contract Review or Contract Support may be a better fit, and I’ll tell you if so.

  • I’m licensed in Washington. If your contract is governed by another state’s law, I’ll let you know up front.

Booking a call or sending materials ahead of it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. We become lawyer and client only through a signed engagement agreement.
