Six two-hour sessions in person at Understory Advising PLLC's office in Tacoma's Stadium District. Every other Tuesday, 9:00–11:00 a.m. Cohorts are capped at seven participants.
This cohort starts two weeks after the fourth participant enrolls. Once four spots are filled, all enrolled participants will receive the confirmed session schedule by email. Spots five through seven remain open until the first session.
Your enrollment includes all six sessions, a printed participant workbook delivered before the first session, access to individual counseling sessions throughout the program, and technical assistance at a reduced rate on request.
To participate as a SEAP enrollee and collect unemployment benefits during the program, you must be eligible through the Washington State Employment Security Department. We will confirm your eligibility before your first session. If you are unsure whether you qualify, contact ESD at 877-600-7701 or visit esd.wa.gov.
